At Home, On Your Schedule
Know Your Numbers Anytime
Waiting at the clinic to get a blood pressure reading is inconvenient — and your numbers can change daily. This digital upper-arm blood pressure monitor puts the measurement in your hands. One press, and in under a minute you see your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings on a large, clear LCD screen. The built-in WHO color bar instantly shows whether your reading is in range — no chart to look up, no guesswork.
How It Works
Wrap, Press, Read — That Simple
Key Features
Built for Daily Home Monitoring
Large LCD screen — digits are big enough to read without glasses from across the room. The screen displays your systolic (SYS) and diastolic (DIA) readings in mmHg plus your pulse rate per minute, all at once. Date and time stamp every reading automatically. The WHO color-coded scale (green for normal, yellow for elevated, red for high) removes the guesswork about whether a reading is worth noting.
Two-user memory — store readings for two people independently using the M button. Useful for couples or two family members sharing one device. The average function (AVO) calculates the mean of stored readings, giving a more useful picture than any single measurement.
Power & Convenience
Runs on Batteries or USB
Power it with 4 AAA batteries (not included) or connect the included USB cable to any 5V USB adapter or power bank. Auto shut-off activates after approximately two minutes to conserve battery life. The compact white unit is easy to keep on a nightstand, bathroom shelf, or desk — and light enough to take with you when traveling.

Common Questions
FAQ
What arm circumference does the cuff fit?
The included cuff fits upper arms with a circumference of 22–32 cm, which covers most adults. Measure around your upper arm, roughly 2–3 cm above the elbow, to confirm fit before use.
Does it require batteries or can I plug it in?
Both options work. Insert 4 AAA batteries (not included) for fully wire-free use, or connect the included USB cable to any 5V USB adapter. Auto shut-off kicks in after about 2 minutes to save battery.
What does the WHO color bar on the screen mean?
The WHO color scale shows green for readings in the normal range, yellow for slightly elevated, and red for high readings — based on the World Health Organization's blood pressure classification. It helps you understand at a glance whether a reading is worth noting, but a doctor is the right person to interpret your results and any patterns over time.
Can two people use the same monitor?
Yes — the monitor stores readings for two users separately. Use the M button to switch between user profiles and review each person's stored readings independently. The average (AVO) function calculates the mean of stored readings for each user.
What's included in the box?
The box includes the blood pressure monitor unit, the upper-arm cuff with connecting tube, and a USB cable for power. Batteries (4 × AAA) are not included — pick up a set before first use if you prefer wire-free operation.
