The Problem
Your heel shouldn't move every time you take a step
Shoes that are a half-size too big, a new pair that hasn't broken in, or dress shoes with a stiff heel counter — any of them can turn a normal day into a blister situation. The heel lifts with every stride, friction builds, and before long you've got a hot spot you can't ignore. These heel grip cushion pads fill that gap and hold your heel in place, so the shoe moves with you instead of against you.
How It Works
Cushioned grip that fills the space behind your heel
The pad sits at the back of the shoe's heel collar. When that gap behind your heel closes up, your foot stops moving up and down with each step — which means less friction, less rubbing, and a noticeably more stable feel in the shoe. The self-adhesive silicone backing keeps the pad in place through multiple on-and-offs without leaving a residue.
Material
Soft foam core, breathable cotton-mesh surface
The face of the pad that contacts your heel is covered in a fine cotton-mesh fabric — it's soft, breathable, and gentle on skin even during long wear. The foam core provides light cushioning at the heel, taking the edge off pressure from stiff shoe backs. The silicone adhesive on the reverse side grips the shoe interior firmly without damaging the lining.
Choose Your Thickness
Pick 5 mm or 10 mm based on your fit gap
Not all fit problems are the same, so there are two thickness options:
- 5 mm — right when the shoe fits well overall but the heel collar rubs or slips slightly. A thin layer of cushion and grip is all you need.
- 10 mm — when the shoe runs about a half to a full size too large and you need to physically reduce the internal space. The extra depth brings the fit noticeably snugger.

FAQ
Common questions
Will these work on shoes that are too big?
Yes — that's exactly what the 10 mm option is designed for. It physically reduces the internal space at the heel, which brings the shoe closer to your foot and reduces that floppy feeling when the shoe is about a half size to a full size too large.
How do I apply the pad?
Peel the backing off the adhesive side and press the pad firmly against the inside of the heel collar. Press and hold for a few seconds. The adhesive grips the shoe lining securely and stays in place through normal daily wear and multiple on-offs.
Can I move the pad to a different shoe?
The adhesive is repositionable, so you can remove and reattach the pads — but repeated removal reduces the stick over time. For best results, consider them as a semi-permanent addition to one shoe, or order an extra pair if you want to use them in multiple shoes.
Which color should I choose?
Beige blends well with lighter shoe linings (white, cream, tan) and is virtually invisible in most casual shoes. Black works better in dark-lined shoes (black sneakers, dark leather) where a cream-colored pad would stand out. Either way, the pad is inside the shoe and won't be visible when worn.
How do I clean the pads?
Wipe the cotton-mesh surface with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Do not submerge in water or machine wash. Once dry, the adhesive backing regains its grip.
